Timothy Plotts is an experienced Project Manager with aggressive problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. Tim has over 25 years in the construction field with experience in sales, drafting, estimating, structural engineering, and project management. He brings his experience to Wathco Construction which makes him a valuable member of the Wathco team. Tim has spent the past 15 years building national brands throughout the Southeast specializing in ground up projects, remodels, and tenet build outs.

Tim also takes pride in building lasting relationships with his clients, trade partners and working with the field crews to make sure the jobs are on time and within the budget.

During his time away from work, Tim enjoys overseas travel, history, art, fishing, shooting, sports and reading.
